Rail

Howard Stott Demolition Ltd is highly skilled and averse in overcoming the most complex of issues that demolition and asbestos works within the rail environment can cause. Our talented team of industry specialists are all Sentinel qualified for working on the railway and conform to the strict regulations the scheme imposes, including conducting random drug and alcohol checks to confirm our operatives are medically fit for work in such a critical environment as rail deconstruction and dismantling.

We have carried out many lineside demolition and asbestos removals projects working directly with Network Rail; demolition of several over-rail road bridges on behalf of Morgan Sindall under the EGIP scheme and recently undertaken a variety of lineside structures within a section of infrastructure heavily populated with OLE on behalf of Laing O’Rourke under the SAIP scheme.

Howard Stott Demolition Ltd have a clear understanding of the time-critical nature of these railway projects. With that in mind our approach to works of this nature is to ensure that thorough planning takes place and a skilled project manager is on-site with fit for purpose plant, labour and materials to ensure the programme of works is completed within budget and on time, every time.
